      Digital Service Insurance Broker - Remote

      Our Insurance Advisors are responsible for servicing a large personal lines book of business. This is a remote, work from home position that prioritizes retention and excellent customer service.

      Here is what a typical day looks like

      • Processing changes to insurance policies and endorsements according to policy and procedure
      • Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times
      • Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for the customers
      • Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers’ needs
      • Quickly access information from online databases to complete customers transactions
      • Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews
      • Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers priorities

      The value you bring

      • Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License; must obtain Level 2 License after employment, employer paid and supported.
      • 2-3 years in a sales or customer service role, previous Insurance or Call Centre experience an asset
      • Excellent phone etiquette and professional experience building rapport with customers
      • Adept in retrieving customer data efficiently

      Hours: Full Time, Permanent – 37.5 hours/week

      Location: Remote in Alberta, Canada
