- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support ministry goals, increase engagement, and enhance audience reach across channels.
- Manage assigned digital channels (email, social media, YouTube, SMS, or web), including content, planning, scheduling, publishing, or optimization.
- Conduct keyword, audience, or trend research to improve discoverability and performance across platforms.
- Monitor analytics to identify behavioral trends, gaps, and opportunities for improved performance to inform future strategy.
- Track and report on KPIs such as engagement rates, traffic sources, conversions, CTR, and audience growth.
- Stay current on changes in platform algorithms, policies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Partner with writers, designers, video teams, and ministry departments to produce compelling digital content.
- Provide strategic input on headlines, graphics, captions, copy, and content packaging to improve engagement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles across email, social media, SMS, and web.
- Ability to interpret digital KPIs and apply insights to improve strategy and execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and content review.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of content with accuracy.
- Familiarity with creative tools for basic graphics, video clips, or content adaptations.
- Experience using digital platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini) for ideation, optimization, and content repurposing.
- Competence in MS Office, Outlook, and Windows-based environments.
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- A Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
- Must pass all required checks.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or related roles.
- Experience with email, social media, analytics, or web content management preferred.
- Experience supporting SMS or multi-channel campaigns is a plus.
- Compensation commensurate with experience.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing strategies for Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College. This role supports key digital platforms – including email, social media, SMS, and web – to increase engagement, strengthen audience relationships, and maximize ministry impact.
