      NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

      Direct Care Position – Join Our Caring Team and Help Make a Difference!

      Starting Pay: $16.25/hour

      • Additional $0.50/hour for 1–4 years of experience
      • Additional $1.00/hour for 5+ years of experience

      Preliminary Requirements:

      • Proof of non-probationary driver’s license held for at least one year
      • Ability to attend orientation (Tuesday–Friday, Daytime)

      Are you compassionate, patient, and ready to make a meaningful impact in someone’s life? As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to our clients, helping them live safely and comfortably. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a genuine heart for caring.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Assist with bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene
      • Transport clients to appointments utilizing company vehicles
      • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
      • Support wheelchair assistance and safe transportation
      • Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
      • Ensure overall safety and well-being of clients
      • Use proper lifting and bending techniques to physically support clients

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or GED equivalent
      • 6 months to 1 year of experience in human services or caregiving preferred, but not mandatory
      • Valid (for at least 1 year), non-probationary driver’s license with no restrictions or provisions
      • Minimum age: 18 years
      • Successful background check clearance
      • Caring attitude and dedication to supporting others
      • Ability and willingness to safely bend and lift to assist clients
