      The Challenge
      NaviStone is on a mission-doubling our business over the next two years and scaling rapidly within the Travel vertical. We are hiring a Director of Enterprise Sales, Travel to accelerate that growth by owning new business acquisition across travel advisors, cruise lines, and hospitality brands.

      In this quota-carrying, individual-contributor role, you will represent NaviStone in the market, aggressively hunt new logo opportunities, and drive closed-won revenue within the travel, cruise, and hospitality space. You'll combine relentless outbound prospecting with consultative, data-driven storytelling to win the confidence of senior marketing decision-makers and convert pipeline into signed business.

      The ideal candidate is a tenacious, high-urgency hunter who knows how to open doors at the enterprise level, build genuine relationships with marketing executives, and close complex deals. You've sold into travel before, you understand the buyer, and you don't let deals stall.

      What You'll Do
      • Own full-cycle enterprise sales from first contact to closed won. You will prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with travel brands including cruise lines, hospitality groups, and large travel networks. You own the pipeline and the number.
      • Hunt. Relentlessly. Build and manage a self-generated pipeline through targeted outbound outreach, strategic research, conference presence, and industry networking. You do not wait for inbound leads, though will manage these with the same proficiency and urgency.
      • Sell to senior marketing buyers. Engage and influence enterprise marketing decision-makers CMOs, VPs of Digital Marketing, VPs of Direct Mail, and similar roles with compelling, tailored narratives that connect NaviStone's capabilities to their growth goals.
      • Move deals forward with urgency and discipline. Establish clear next steps at every stage, advance prospects through the funnel with intention, and close. You maintain momentum and do not let opportunities go cold.
      • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including pipeline targets, key milestones, and revenue forecasts with the discipline to hit them.
      • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations, building multi-threaded relationships across marketing, digital, direct mail, and agency partners to accelerate deals and reduce risk.
      • Leverage performance data and audience insights to sharpen your consultative approach and reinforce NaviStone's value throughout the sales cycle.
      • Collaborate with Marketing to refine vertical messaging, thought leadership, and demand generation strategies that support pipeline development in Travel.
      • Represent NaviStone at industry events, conferences, prospect meetings, and on-site sales presentations.

      What You Will Need to Succeed
      • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience within the travel industry including cruise, hospitality, travel technology, or adjacent verticals. You know this space and have sold in it.
      • Proven track record as a hunter and closer. You can point to specific pipelines you've built from scratch and deals you've driven from cold outreach to signed contract.
      • Experience selling marketing solutions to senior marketing buyers including CMOs, VPs of Digital Marketing, VPs of Direct Mail, or equivalent roles at enterprise organizations. You understand their priorities, their language, and how they buy.
      • Demonstrated ability to build and advance pipeline with discipline you establish consistent follow-through, manage multi-stage sales cycles, and convert interest into revenue.
      • Experience selling marketing tools, media, or technology that help brands grow: digital campaigns, direct mail, personalization, CRO, email/SMS platforms, or similar capabilities.
      • Analytical and data-driven you use insights to sharpen your pitch and build credibility with sophisticated buyers.
      • CRM fluency, including disciplined pipeline hygiene (HubSpot or similar).
      • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills you communicate with clarity and authority at the executive level.
      • Ability to travel up to 25% to attend key industry conferences and conduct in-person sales meetings.


      What Will Set You Apart
      • Direct experience selling to cruise lines, large travel networks, consortia, or hospitality groups; you have existing relationships and understand the ecosystem.
      • A track record of breaking into new accounts at the enterprise level and winning business in relationship-driven, conservative buying environments.
      • Speed-to-trust with senior marketing executives; you establish credibility quickly and are comfortable leading conversations at the VP and C-suite level.
      • Experience driving adoption of a new or unfamiliar marketing solution, overcoming inertia and educating buyers without losing deal momentum.
