What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to develop best-in-class products
- Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success
- Engage deeply with customers to understand their needs and diagnose pain points
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of experience in product management in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
- Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery with measurable business impact
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, translating complex concepts into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Strong experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions
