      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development and implementation of strategic recruiting and talent acquisition tactics
      - Manage day-to-day talent acquisition operations including candidate sourcing, onboarding, and operational metrics
      - Select, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiting professionals
      - Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding and attract top talent
      - Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, setting goals and preparing KPI presentations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with increasing responsibility
      - At least 5 years of experience managing a recruiting team
      - 5+ years of experience utilizing recruitment marketing and branding tools, including social media
      - Experience in the healthcare industry or staffing agency recruiting is highly preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday ATS
      - International HR or recruiting experience
      - Proven ability to leverage data to adjust recruiting strategies
      - Familiarity with developing partnerships with job boards and external recruiters
