      Director of Sales

      Remote-United States

      Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

      The Director of Sales is responsible for translating the company's strategic sales vision into executable plans that drive revenue growth and team performance. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this role leads the frontline sales organization, manages day-to-day operations, and ensures that sales targets are consistently achieved.

      Some of the things you will be doing:

      1. Sales Strategy Execution
      • Execute the strategic sales plans and initiatives developed by the VP of Sales.
      • Translate organizational objectives into operational sales activities.


      2. Team Leadership & Development
      • Directly lead and manage Account Managers (AMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), including coaching, performance management, and professional development.
      • Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and excellence.


      3. Sales Operations & Pipeline Management
      • Oversee daily sales operations, including pipeline management, opportunity progression, and deal support.
      • Support deal negotiations and ensure accurate trend and pipeline reporting.


      4. Revenue & Target Achievement
      • Ensure AM and RSM teams consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
      • Recommend and implement tactical strategies to improve performance and accelerate revenue outcomes.


      5. Process Optimization
      • Identify, refine, and optimize sales processes to remove operational bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
      • Work directly with Finance to align thresholds, approvals, and process requirements.


      6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Collaborate with Marketing, Services and Product teams to ensure alignment of goals, pipeline quality, and customer needs.


      What technical experience, skills, and qualifications do you need?
      • 7+ years of sales leadership experience; SaaS or technology sales preferred.
      • Proven track record of leading AM/RSM teams to exceed quota.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline forecasting and sales reporting. NetSuite knowledge preferred.
      • Excellent communication, coaching, and change-management skills.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive operational rigor.
