      Titan International (TWI) is searching for a Director of Sales in our Kent, WA location, supporting our Marastar division.

      The Director of Sales will drive growth and strengthen relationships across national retailers, regional distributors, OEM customers, and direct channels. This role ensures our product offerings align with customer needs while continually educating customers on new products and programs. The Director of Sales is also responsible for sales forecasting and achieving company sales targets.

      This role works in close collaboration with other leadership to ensure alignment between sales strategy, pricing, forecasting, inventory execution and new product development.

      This position is ideal for a hands-on, customer-first, sales professional who thrives in a small-business environment where collaboration, accountability, and execution matter.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across national retailers, distributors, OEMs and other major accounts. Understand customer's business needs, goals and challenges to deliver tailored solutions and coordinated internal support.
      • Own strategic account planning and long-term growth strategies for major customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing accounts, new customers, channels and product categories.
      • Lead line reviews, assortment planning, pricing discussions and promotional strategies. Negotiate programs, rebates, freight structures and long-term agreements.
      • Analyze sales data, trends and account performance to identify growth opportunities, track progress and adjust strategies.
      • Provide market and customer insights that inform product development, pricing strategy, merchandising, and long-term investment decisions.
      • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales strategy, pricing, forecasting, inventory execution and new product development.
      • Contribute to annual sales budget planning, growth objectives and new market initiatives.
      • Improve and formalize the sales processes and programs.
      • Serve as the primary representative of the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.


      Qualifications
      • 7+ years of successful sales, sales management, business development, or strategic account management experience
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
      • Experience managing or selling into national retail accounts, distributors or large channel partners preferred
      • Experience negotiating pricing, programs or long-term agreements with large customers preferred
      • Experience managing sales in businesses with long lead-time, overseas supply chains preferred
