      • Define solution success criteria, maturity models, milestones, and validation paths that support monetization and field readiness

      • Establish standards for solution documentation, readiness artifacts, and maturity checkpoints used across teams and leadership forums

      2. Senior IC Leadership within Co‑Innovation Programs

      • Serve as a senior IC leader within the co‑innovation program, accountable for execution quality, momentum, and outcomes across priority initiatives

      • Own partner intake and progression mechanisms, including structured engagement through Joint Partnership Agreements

      • Ensure co‑innovation initiatives are aligned with field, industry, and revenue priorities to maximize downstream impact

      • Shape operating cadences, governance rhythms, and leadership‑ready narratives that enable informed decision‑making

      3. Executive‑Level Execution and Governance Leadership

      • Lead development of executive‑level materials, insights, and recommendations for senior governance and strategic forums

      • Own tracking, synthesis, and interpretation of solution maturity, pipeline signals, and early impact indicators

      • Proactively identify risks, interdependencies, and execution gaps; drive resolution through influence and escalation as needed

      • Ensure partner‑led initiatives progress with predictability and discipline from incubation through early field enablement

      4. Enable Scale and Ecosystem Transition

      • Lead transition planning for matured partner solutions into scaled ecosystem programs and repeatable field motions

      • Drive development of solution playbooks, GTM narratives, and enablement assets in partnership with cross‑functional teams

      • Synthesize partner, field, and internal feedback into actionable improvements to operating models and solution motions
