What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop a team of 5-8 Senior Enterprise Account Executives and/or Client Directors
- Drive team performance to exceed annual revenue targets through strategic account planning and disciplined pipeline management
- Engage effectively in C-level meetings to understand customer business requirements and build strategic relationships
- Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting through disciplined CRM hygiene
- Collaborate across various departments to build sales strategies and navigate complex selling environments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current location in a major metro area of the US West, with strong preference for the Bay Area
- 5+ years managing Enterprise or Strategic Account Executive teams with consistent quota achievement
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with proven success in quota achievement
- Deep expertise in the Strategic Technology industry, particularly selling software into cloud platforms and enterprise software companies
- Proven track record in engaging CxOs and navigating complex enterprise buying processes

- Experience managing large quotas and senior sales talent in high-growth environments
