What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and own the comprehensive US go-to-market strategy for new business acquisition and partner success

- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to implement scalable solutions for partner development

- Experience managing other leaders and developing a strong leadership bench
- Strong strategic and financial acumen, including P&L management and accurate forecasting
- Exceptional coaching skills for individual contributors and managers
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for influencing senior executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of SaaS sales models and familiarity with the accounting or small business technology landscape in the United States
