      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design, development, and integration strategy for enterprise applications leveraging Oracle Cloud Fusion
      - Establish reference architecture and best practices for cloud-based integrations and middleware
      - Manage a development team accountable for day-to-day enhancements and support
      - Develop and manage end-to-end data models connecting customer systems to the ERP
      - Build and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and architects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
      - 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
      - 5+ years of experience in an enterprise architect role
      - Proven expertise in ERP consolidations, implementations, and migrations within complex organizations
      - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Oracle Fusion applications (ERP/SCM), CPQ, EPM, or similar platforms
      - Background in print manufacturing or related industries
      - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
