Your role
UBS is seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and collaborative individual to join our Disbursements Team. This is your chance to be part of a high-impact function that plays a critical role in safeguarding client assets and maintaining the integrity of our financial systems.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of the Disbursements Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and secure movement of funds from UBS client accounts. You’ll work cross-functionally to support operations and risk mitigation by:
• Reviewing and approving client fund disbursements with precision and care.
• Assessing risk associated with outgoing payments, ensuring alignment with UBS’s compliance and operational standards.
• Validating fund availability, checking all supporting attestations and documentation before release.
• Performing thorough due diligence on payments to confirm all processing requirements and markers are met.
• Verifying documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.Your team
