Conduct leader onboarding programs to support the expansion and recruitment initiatives of the distribution partners.
Conduct follow-up capability development programs to new leaders
Conduct advisor onboarding, product knowledge, sales training and other development programs.
Implement and manage a range of learning programs and initiatives.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Implement metrics and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve
University degree holder
With 5 years training experience, preferably in life insurance
Knowledgeable in training design and implementation cycle
With technical knowledge in MS applications
With excellent communication and presentation skills
With good interpersonal skills. Customer service oriented.
