      What you will do: As a Business Manager you will be primarily responsible for implementing all administrative (non-financial) activities required to operate regionally assigned ROP business activities. Position reports to the CFO, General Manager or other designated supervisor and may supervise designated business department staff.

      1. Business Office
      2. New Business Development
      3. Human Relations
      4. Customer and Community Relations
      5. Regulatory Compliance
      6. Special Projects as assigned.

      To be considered you should:

      BA/BS degree in related field.

      2. Experience in business operations and management.

      3. Supervisory experience required.

      4. Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees if required.

      5. Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License

      and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.

      6. Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures.

      7. Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.

      8. Ability to perform work with little or no supervision.

      9. Ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects.

      10. Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence.
