What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for online buyers, handling inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues via email, phone, and chat
- Process customer orders and maintain detailed records on e-commerce platforms
- Actively resolve issues and track orders to delivery, managing complex or escalated cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to boost sales and improve customer retention
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with five years of e-commerce experience; five years of account management experience may substitute for education
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or the e-commerce industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer and team interaction
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple cases and projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual proficiency
- Experience in logistics or warehousing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
- Background in military service or as a military spouse
- Creative problem-solving skills for customer issues
