What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with a Recruiting Lead and TA teammates to support recruiting plans and hiring activities
- Manage multiple open roles by tracking progress and updating stakeholders
- Prepare candidate updates, interview schedules, and hiring status reports
- Conduct initial resume reviews to assess qualifications and role alignment
- Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, campus programs, coordination, or a customer-facing role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ATS tools or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus but not required
