Update and publish web content in Epi CMS, including homepage, landing pages, and category pages across multiple Fenix Outdoor brands
Support publishing workflows and content migration during the transition to a headless CMS
Maintain non-campaign content such as legal, customer service, and evergreen pages across .com sites
Coordinate publishing timelines and deliverables with Marketing, Digital Technology, E-Commerce, and Brand teams
Ensure Performance Marketing Managers and country managers receive accurate, timely URLs and landing page information
Manage content-related tickets and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across brands and platforms
Coordinate translation implementation to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
Provide expertise in digital image selection and implementation through our image bank
Maintain high standards for accuracy, accessibility, and user clarity
Support online merchandising of category and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion
Collaborate on and execute A/B testing initiatives
Analyze user behavior using Google Analytics, WebX, or similar tools to inform content improvements
Conduct UAT for new functionality across CMS platforms
Lead and support sitewide ADA accessibility improvements
Participate in requirement gathering, content modeling, and development discussions to enhance user journeys and conversion
Act as a subject-matter expert for content operations
Coordinate technical requirements and manage content backlogs
Strengthen workflows, governance, and scalable processes within the Marketing organization
At least one year of experience in web publishing, e-commerce, or user-focused digital communication
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational, project planning, and time-management skills
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom)
Education or training in a web, digital, or e-commerce-related field
Experience working with a CMS; familiarity with Epi Server and/or headless CMS platforms

The Content Editor for North America eCommerce is not a social media or content development role. This position focuses on eCommerce publishing, site operations, and content performance across our portfolio of brands. You will plan, publish, optimize, and maintain web content across our .com platforms, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with merchandising and performance goals.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within CMS platforms, improving processes, and translating marketing strategy into polished, high-performing web pages. If you like balancing details with deadlines, and systems with storytelling, you’ll thrive here.
