      Position Title: Ecommerce Intern


      Position Overview:

      We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Ecommerce Interns. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of ecommerce while working on a variety of project-based assignments.


      Number of Positions: Up to 2

      Hours: Part-Time (Flexible based on school schedule)

      Pay Rate: $16-17 per hour (Starting), $18 per hour for candidates with relevant background or experience.

      Duration: 3-6 months, with potential for summer expansion and extension into fall based on performance and project availability.


      Key Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with team members to execute ecommerce projects and initiatives.
      • Assist in the development and implementation of ecommerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
      • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the ecommerce industry.
      • Support the maintenance and optimization of product listings, content, and digital assets on ecommerce platforms.
      • Assist with order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment operations.
      • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, reporting, and documentation.

      Projects:

      1. Website Monitoring for Product Reviews: Regularly monitor and analyze product reviews on the website to gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
      2. Content Optimization of Key Items: Optimize content (descriptions, images, keywords) for key products to improve search visibility and enhance product presentation.
      3. Email Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
      4. Digital Paid Campaigns: Collaborate with the Digital Paid team to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels.
      5. Product Bundling and Increasing Average Order Value: Explore opportunities to bundle products strategically, create compelling offers, and implement tactics to increase the average order value.

      Qualifications:

      • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program, pursuing a degree in business, marketing, ecommerce, or a related field.
      • Pay rate is reflective of skill level and background: $16-17 per hour for candidates with limited skills/background but a keen interest in gaining experience; $18 per hour for candidates with mid-level skills/background, including completion of an Ecommerce class (knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus but not required).
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
      • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) is a plus.
      • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
