      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Audit and upload data for complex new customer website implementations and ongoing customer needs
      - Create and configure EDI files for customer websites, ensuring compliance with established SOPs
      - Conduct final testing and auditing of EDI configurations for accuracy and functionality
      - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and carriers
      - Provide training and mentorship to junior team members in EDI/Data processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Bswift and its modules
      - At least 2-4 years of experience in employee data file manipulation and EDI file development
      - 2-4 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance, human resources, or finance
      - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
      - Ability to obtain licensure in Life and Health Insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of applicable software implementation experience
      - Proficient with MS Office Suite and personal computer database applications
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict deadlines
      - Exceptional telephone demeanor and professional problem-solving approach
      - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
