Job Description
- Req#: 43519
- Drive implementation and compliance with Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies, procedures, and standards across assigned projects.
- Lead preparation and delivery of external certifications, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other applicable standards.
- Coordinate and undertake inspections and audits, providing operational support and ensuring robust schedules are maintained.
- Analyse audit results, KPIs, and corrective actions, identifying gaps and developing mitigation plans to strengthen performance.
- Manage incident investigations, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate on strategic delivery, supporting system development and advancing the net zero carbon transition through proactive carbon management.
- Degree qualification is essential with 10-15 years experience.
- Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
