      As a Project Management / Cost Management Intern, you will support the delivery of live construction and capital works projects. Working closely with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to project coordination, cost tracking, reporting, and documentation within a professional real estate consultancy environment.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities

      • Assist in tracking project costs, budgets, and key milestones

      • Help maintain project documentation, reports, and control logs

      • Support procurement and contractor documentation processes

      • Participate in project meetings and assist with progress updates

      • Learn and apply project management and cost control best practices

      • Any other tasks assigned by the team


      About You:

      • Undergraduate student in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

      • Knowledge in project management software (e.g., Project, Primavera, Procore) and other relevant tools would be an added advantage

      • Strong interest in construction and project delivery

      • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
