What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of the Electrical Distribution system strategy to ensure seamless store operations
- Define and implement tools and reporting to monitor and measure program outcomes
- Build cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners to achieve program goals
- Manage capital and operating expenses associated with programs, including budget development and expense tracking
- Stay current with industry trends and codes governing electrical distribution equipment maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree in a Technical/Engineering capacity or equivalent experience, specifically with electrical distribution equipment
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project management and electrical engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking or presentations
- Excellent PC skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and SharePoint
- Ability to manage projects, multitask, and meet deadlines
