  Job Description

  • Perform daily maintenance as per the job sheet given by the Electrical Executive.
  • Carry out all routine maintenance activities relating to LV room, MSB room, transformer room and generator room.
  • Responsible for handling all or assigned electrical facilities and all equipment equal or below specified voltage limits and to ensure the smooth running of the operations in plant.
  • Monitor and take meter readings and report any abnormality or defects.
  • Ensure all Safety & Health procedures are adhered and maintain good housekeeping of the work areas.
  • Ensure job performed are related to electrical as per regulation set by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • Assist the engineer in any testing and commissioning works and monitor project progress work based on plan prepared by the engineer.
  • Attend breakdown maintenance for restoration of supply during normal working hours and standby period, inclusive of isolation of faulty section and restoration of power supply.
  • Comply with the appropriate regulations, legislative and other procedures such as HACCP, Machinery Department, GMP standards and requirements. Adhere Safety & Health standard.
  • To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

  Qualifications

  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma In Engineering or A4 Chargeman
  • Min 3 years on-site experience on wiring & electrical and committed to Chargeman Terhad (if no chargeman qualification)
