  Now Hiring: Electronics Assemblers – Winona, MN

  Shifts Available

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Mon–Thurs — $18/hr
  • 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM – 1:30 AM, Mon–Thurs — $20.70/hr
  • Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri–Sun — $19.98/hr

  What You’ll Be Doing

  You’ll work with small electronic parts, carefully assembling components according to detailed work orders while using basic hand and power tools to complete each step with precision. Your day will include inspecting and packaging finished products, supporting general production needs, and operating equipment as required, all while following written instructions with accuracy and maintaining a steady workflow that keeps the team moving forward.

You should feel comfortable using hand tools, staying focused throughout your shift, and maintaining a reliable, steady work history that shows you take pride in what you do.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
