      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and cultivate potential clients through proactive outreach, cold calling, and networking
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals
      - Conduct client consultations to understand their energy needs and how to best serve them
      - Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge
      - Deliver compelling sales presentations and skillfully negotiate to close sales and achieve revenue targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience in the energy industry or a related field
      - At least 3 years of experience in B2B outside sales
      - Proven ability to identify new business opportunities through various channels
      - Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team-oriented sales processes
      - Strong ambition, passion, and teamwork skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree preferred
      - Experience in retail gas, electricity, sustainability, solar, or demand response sectors
      - Demonstrated resilience and determination in achieving sales goals
