What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all phases of engineering and construction project lifecycles from initiation to completion
- Lead project meetings, create agendas, assign action items, and ensure accountability within the team
- Develop and maintain detailed program-level schedules and forecasts for multiple projects
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders, addressing any project-related challenges
- Conduct performance management functions and participate in hiring decisions for project managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of seven years of telecommunication project management experience, with at least three years managing large programs
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, management, engineering, or a related field
- PMP Certification
- Experience managing turnkey, EPC, and design/build projects in the telecommunication industry
