What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Strategically manage a portfolio of high-value, named accounts within the Private Sector
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to foster long-term partnerships
- Drive complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts, aligning with customer objectives
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing named accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in managing and growing strategic, named accounts in software sales
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or a similar role
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, particularly in the digital forensics and cybersecurity industry
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead virtual teams

- Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior executives
- Experience driving complex sales cycles and negotiating large contracts
