- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document business and product requirements for data integration and reporting.
- Performs data mapping between source and target systems to ensure alignment with business definitions.
- Translates business needs into functional specifications for technology teams, ensuring that all requirements are testable and traceable.
- Conducts data analysis, data profiling, and data validation to ensure completeness, consistency, and integrity across data sources.
- Supports data remediation and quality monitoring by partnering with Data Governance and Stewardship teams.
- Serves as a bridge between business users and IT, ensuring mutual understanding of objectives, timelines, and outcomes.
- Coordinates across teams to clarify data logic, resolve issues, and validate business rules.
- Supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new data initiatives, validating that outputs meet business requirements.
- Creates and maintains technical documentation for General Bank data, including source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and lineage.
- Ensures compliance with enterprise data governance, audit, and control standards.
- Maintains detailed change tracking and impact analysis documentation for data related projects.
- B achelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Data Management, Financial Analysis, or similar
- K nowledge of data spreadsheets and databases
- U nderstanding of data warehousing and transformation methods, lineage documentation, and ETL processes
- U nderstanding of Base SAS programming, SAS Enterprise Guide, Cognos, or related programs, IBM InfoSphere Information Management suite or similar
- B achelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Data Management, Financial Analysis, or similar
