What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with clients, focusing on C-suite engagement
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify and address their business needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage complex sales cycles and lead negotiations to close significant deals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 to 7+ years of experience in selling solutions to Marketing and IT in large enterprise organizations
- Proven track record of sales excellence and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong understanding of digital experience technologies and SaaS within the Retail space
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with various internal teams
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Adobe’s Digital Marketing product lines
- Familiarity with the retail industry's specific challenges and opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures within client companies
