      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across payer and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) clients
      - Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan that aligns with the company's platform capabilities
      - Build trusted relationships with C-level executives in Operations, IT, and Pharmacy Services
      - Position the full suite of offerings to address critical operational challenges for clients
      - Maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast accurately, and exceed growth targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions into payers or PBMs
      - Proven track record of new-logo acquisition and consistent achievement of $5M+ annual sales targets
      - Established relationships and a credible book of business within healthcare administration or claims processing
      - Deep understanding of payer operations, PBM workflows, and value-based care drivers
      - Exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
