      Hull & Company seeks an Entry Level Insurance Clerk to join our team in Dallas Texas.

      Reporting to a supervisor or manager, individuals whose primary responsibility involves data entry, general clerical duties, including receptionist operations, assistance to managers or accountants. Employee is supervised closely and generally performs routine or repetitive tasks of a clerical or administrative nature.

      WHAT YOU’LL DO:

      • Provide clerical and administrative support to a sales office or specific department.

      • Process data and generate routine reports regarding results, earnings or conditions.

      • Maintain office records, files, calendars, and travel itineraries.

      • Answer questions about the organization's products and services to assist in customer service functions.

      • Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages or their equivalent.

      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

      • Experience working in a paperless environment preferred

      • Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to multi-task

      • Ability to work well with others in a production team environment

      • Committed to excellent customer service

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 preferred

      • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
