      Job Title: Folder GluerJob Description

      Join our team as a Folder Gluer, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our folder gluer operators and ensuring the smooth operation of our finishing processes. This role involves hands-on tasks such as feeding materials, performing hand stripping, and assisting in packaging and labeling.

      Responsibilities
      • Assist folder gluer operators by feeding materials after machine setup.
      • Perform tasks such as hand stripping, blanking, folding, taping, boxing, and collating.
      • Pop sheets from shells and stack, package, tape, and label finished products.
      • Count, box, and skid products at the end of folder gluers.
      • Build and label boxes accurately.
      Essential Skills
      • Experience in labor, general labor, packaging, labeling, and as a machine helper or operator.
      • Entry-level position with opportunities for growth.
      Additional Skills & Qualifications
      • Support machine operations including guillotine, punch press, auto blanker, and shrink wrapper.
      • Perform press helper duties: loading, stacking, wrapping, banding, staging, and quality checks.
      • Maintain quality while feeding press after setup.
      • Potential training to run folder gluers, die cutters, and other finishing equipment.

The job shop setup offers diverse daily tasks, providing opportunities to learn various equipment operations. The position is for the 2nd shift from 4 PM to 2:30 AM, with potential for extended hours.

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Paul, MN.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
