      In the role of Environmental Assistant Project Manager, we'll count on you to:
      • Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's life cycle (from development and initiation to close-out), while under supervision of a Project Manager for the following environmental services in Washington State:
        • Environmental and land use alternatives analyses and siting studies.
        • NEPA/SEPA documentation.
        • Federal, state, and local environmental and land use permit applications and permit acquisition.
      • Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance

      • Coordinate workload through project execution and complete deliverables on budget and schedule
      • Work with the Project Manager, Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
      • Collaborate diligently with Water Business Group leadership and partners, WA ES&P BCL, and overall cross-sector team to elevate the practice and project delivery
      • Will require in-person participation in home office on a weekly basis.
      Preferred Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Engineering, or closely related field.
      • Proven experience managing environmental review and permitting services for Water Resources, Wastewater or other Water Business Group - related projects in the Pacific Northwest.
      Required Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in related field
      • 5 years related experience
      • Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
      • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
