      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a support contact for application end-users, identifying and resolving issues
      - Design, develop, implement, and maintain the Epic Hospital Billing application
      - Analyze information technology impacts on clinical work processes and validate workflow changes
      - Collaborate with operational stakeholders to optimize billing workflows and ensure compliance
      - Participate in system testing, validation, and provide go-live support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
      - Minimum 3 years of experience as an Epic HB Analyst in a healthcare setting
      - Epic HB certification required; additional Epic certifications preferred
      - Strong understanding of hospital billing workflows and revenue cycle operations
      - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Epic tools such as Chronicles, Clarity, Charge Router, and Reporting Workbench
      - Experience working in a multi-hospital or integrated delivery network environment
      - Knowledge of CMS regulations, payer requirements, and billing compliance
      - Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others
      - Proficiency in computer software (i.e., Microsoft Office)
