What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a support contact for application end-users, identifying and resolving issues
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain the application to meet operational needs
- Provide day-to-day application support, evaluate and resolve service tickets, and implement requested changes
- Collaborate with trainers to develop documentation and training strategies for application updates
- Participate in on-call rotations and support, attending meetings and contributing to project status updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or a healthcare-related organization
- Epic certification in a relevant field is required
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of duplicate patient management processes
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office
