      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the gathering and analyzing of data for Epic and other IT systems
      - Support the development and functionality roll-out of Epic applications
      - Optimize workflow processes for local ministries by building tailored applications
      - Apply knowledge of clinical and business workflows to implement effective systems
      - Participate in on-call rotation as part of the full-time schedule

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or related field is required
      - High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of an Associate’s degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of Epic Application Analyst or related experience
      - Epic certification or accreditation in designated functionality module(s) is required or must be obtained within six months
      - Strong understanding of the Epic system's capabilities and functional use

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a healthcare IT or clinical environment
      - Knowledge of workflow optimization and application development processes
      - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
      - Ability to work independently in a remote setting
