      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, build, and maintain Epic Patient Access applications including Cadence and Prelude
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline patient scheduling, registration, and referral management
      - Conduct workflow analysis and implement best practices for patient access
      - Lead testing and validation processes to ensure system integrity and functionality
      - Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while serving as a Tier 3 support contact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
      - Minimum of 3+ years of healthcare IT or operational experience
      - Operational knowledge of Patient Access, Scheduling, or Front Desk Operations
      - Experience with Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) vendors and Referrals/Authorization workflows is highly preferred
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One or more current Epic certifications, specifically Cadence and Prelude
      - Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident management
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
