      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for implementation
      - Provide end-user support for clinical staff, including troubleshooting Epic-related issues
      - Manage and maintain Epic work queues, resolving errors and performing patient record merges
      - Analyze and validate patient data within Epic for accuracy and consistency
      - Participate in multiple concurrent Epic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare or technology implementations, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Epic systems
      - Strong understanding of Epic workflows and integration points
      - Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with reporting tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Epic certification (Cadence, Prelude, Welcome, Resolute, HIM) is preferred but not required
      - Experience working in both waterfall and agile project environments
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
      - Proven experience managing multiple priorities independently
