What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Cheers workflows and CRM configurations
- Configure campaigns, outreach settings, messaging logic, and notifications
- Troubleshoot system issues and support workflow optimization initiatives
- Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations
- Serve as a primary support resource for Epic Cheers functionality and end users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Epic Cheers Certification
- 3+ years of experience supporting Epic applications or healthcare IT systems
- Experience with Epic build, workflow design, testing, and troubleshooting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with operational stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic Hello World Badge
- Experience with cross-module Epic integrations
- Background supporting healthcare operations or clinical systems
