      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between IT Teams and Epic Team for technical project implementation
      - Maintain current Epic certification(s) and complete required training
      - Monitor the ticket queue and collaborate with team members to address reported issues
      - Redirect operational requests to appropriate team leadership
      - Attend strategic initiative meetings to provide subject matter expertise

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Epic Certification (MyChart/Cadence)
      - 3+ years of programming and/or analytical experience with Epic
      - Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
      - Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. will be required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
      - Additional Epic certifications (Reporting Workbench, Dashboards, Slicer/Dicer)
