Job Description
- Req#: 2473
- Daily emerging and re-emerging infectious disease surveillance;
- Conducting contact tracing to mitigate and/or control infectious diseases including vaccine-preventable infectious diseases and multidrug resistant organisms (MDROs) detected in SGH and Outram campus;
- Conducting disease outbreak investigation and making recommendations on diseases containment;
- Provision of epidemiological and statistical expertise for the planning, design, analysis, and reporting of statistical information;
- Epidemiological study for identifying incidence, prevalence, causes or risk factors of human morbidity or mortality.
- Providing support for statistical analysis on audit and research programs
- Master or PhD in Public Health or Epidemiology
- Expertise in the use of one or more statistical software packages (e.g. SAS, STATA, or SPSS) and Microsoft Office
- Candidates with good publication records in journals will be an added advantage
