      Fortrea is seeking an experienced Equal Opportunity Compliance Specialist to join our growing HR team.

      The Equal Opportunity Compliance Specialist is a part of the HR operations team and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal EEO reporting requirements, OFCCP compliance and audit support, and vendor management, among other responsibilities.

      The role will partner with stakeholders in HR, Legal and with external vendors. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
      • Coordinate and prepare responses to federal or state-initiated audits, compliance reviews, or other inquiries (DOL, OFCCP, Dept. of Human Rights, etc.) related to EEO/AA.
      • Prepare federal and regulatory filings (EEO-1, VETS-4212, Contractor Portal, any other EEO/AA (e.g. pay reporting), and global compliance reporting support.
      • Analyze data and make recommendations to develop practical, creative, and leading problem-solving approaches and influence decision making.
      • Provide guidance and direction to stakeholders regarding regulatory compliance, recruiting strategies, outreach ideas/sources, progress toward AAP placement goals.
      • Work with leadership to determine appropriate training with respect to EEO/AA compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders.
      • Monitor external regulatory and compliance changes and maintain necessary state, federal, and country documentation.
      • Conduct periodic review of existing policies and practices to ensure compliance with relevant EEO/AA federal, state, local, and country employment laws and regulations.
      • Additional projects, tasks, and responsibilities related to compliance and diversity and inclusion initiatives.


      Experience
      • Minimum of 5 years' business experience is required, preferably in Recruiting, Human Resources or Operations. 2 of these years must contain experience around EEO/AA compliance.
      • Experience responding to OFCCP audits
      • Workday HRIS or Workday Recruiting experience preferred


      Education/Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

      Pay Range: $74,000-$90,000 base annual salary

      Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Company bonus where applicable.
