      THE JOB:
      The Event Warehouse Associate is responsible for the specialized tracking and handling of inventory items, which includes receiving, cleaning, storing, picking, packing, and transporting materials to and from properties. This role is essential for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse and event operations. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are vital for effectively managing inventory and supporting successful event execution.


      THE STARTING RATE: $18.00 hourly

      THE DAY-TO-DAY:

      • Perform event related warehouse tasks, including receiving and unloading goods, organize and store products in designated areas, ensure inventory is properly labeled for storage and accessible.

      • Track incoming and outgoing inventory using Inventory software.

      • Accurately read and understand event orders and pick lists, pick and pack items securely and efficiently for transport, ensure proper labeling for transport and timely delivery.

      • Assist with regular stock and condition checks, maintain accurate inventory records and report damage and discrepancies to Supervisor.

      • Operate company trucks, vans, and lifts. Adhere to safety, security and property dock/loading procedures and policies.

      • Ensure that venues/MGM Resorts Event Production (MREP) studio is clean and orderly, tools are maintained, and equipment is properly stored. Report theft, loss and damage.

      • Participate in event production, install/teardown, and loading/unloading trucks as needed.

      THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

      • High School Diploma or GED is required

      • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in event industry or hospitality is required

      • 1+ years of prior relevant experience in warehouse is required

      • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays is required
