      Role Overview

      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Engineer specializing in Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, and Exchange Online. The ideal candidate will help customers optimize and modernize their email and collaboration environments, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability across both on-premises and cloud platforms. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical, non-technical, and leadership stakeholders.

      As a Customer Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting enterprise customers in the design, deployment, migration, and optimization of Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments, as well as broader Microsoft 365 administration and governance.

      Note: This position requires fluency in English.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Lead and deliver customer engagements focused on:

        • Exchange Server (on-premises and hybrid)

        • Exchange Online

        • Microsoft 365 administration and governance

      • Design and implement scalable and secure email architectures across hybrid and cloud environments

      • Plan and execute migrations from legacy email systems to Exchange Server and Exchange Online

      • Support migrations from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity

      • Provide advanced troubleshooting, optimization, and post-migration support

      • Manage and maintain Exchange environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability

      • Collaborate with customers to define migration strategies, timelines, and best practices

      • Support compliance, retention, and governance requirements within Microsoft 365

      • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other tools

      • Document technical solutions, best practices, and operational procedures.

      Required Qualifications

      • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (architecture, administration, consulting, or support)

      • Strong hands-on experience with:

        • Exchange Server (administration, architecture, and migrations)

        • Exchange Online (administration and migrations)

        • Microsoft 365 administration and governance

      • Experience with hybrid Exchange environments

      • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)

      • Proven experience planning and executing complex email migrations

      • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

      • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management

      • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience with:

        • Email compliance and retention solutions

        • Large-scale enterprise or government environments

        • Microsoft Graph API

      • Knowledge of:

        • Cloud Adoption Framework

        • Well-Architected Framework

      • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Exchange, Microsoft 365, or related areas.
