      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the President’s calendar and prioritize engagements with strong judgment
      - Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting notes for internal and external engagements
      - Coordinate logistics for Board of Directors and committee meetings
      - Maintain CRM data accuracy and support donor stewardship logistics
      - Serve as a central administrative point of contact for internal coordination tied to the President’s priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - 5+ years of executive administrative or executive assistant experience
      - Experience supporting senior leaders in business, public life, or philanthropy
      - Proven discretion with highly confidential information
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in nonprofit, foundation, association, healthcare, or corporate environments
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising administration
      - Experience supporting boards and donor-facing leadership
