What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Chief Revenue Officer’s day-to-day activities as required
- Proactively manage the CRO’s calendar, preparing all necessary materials for meetings
- Create presentation slides, meeting documents, and other briefing materials
- Attend meetings with the CRO, taking notes and tracking action items
- Assist with strategic initiatives and planning for events, such as the Annual Sales Kickoff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred but not required
- Prior experience working with executives in the public or private sector
- Strong business acumen and customer relations experience
- Advanced time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven success in a fast-paced, changing environment with strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the CRO and respond accordingly
- Expert-level experience in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage stress
- Experience in project management or event planning
