      Job Summary

      The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner and provide high-level administrative support to Cristcot's President & Chief Commercial Officer and other C-suite executives, with a focus on enabling the successful execution of the company's inaugural ulcerative colitis (UC) therapy launch. This role facilitates smooth coordination of executive priorities to drive successful company objectives.

      Primary Relationships

      • Within Cristcot, the Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with the President & CCO, Chief Executive Officer, senior leadership team, and cross-functional departments including marketing, clinical development, and operations.
      • Outside Cristcot, the Executive Assistant will engage with external vendors, key stakeholders, and partners such as healthcare providers, consultants, and event organizers.


      Primary Job Responsibilities

      The Executive Assistant will provide broad strategic administrative and organizational support to enhance executive efficiency and drive Cristcot's mission forward.

      The activities of the Executive Assistant will include , but are not limited to:

      • Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring priorities are maintained, conflicts are resolved, and follow-ups are completed across teams.
      • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for executives, including managing last-minute changes and handling urgent issues independently, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
      • Preparing and editing correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Cristcot's brand and strategic objectives.
      • Serving as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, prioritizing inquiries, and fostering effective communication and relationship management.
      • Organizing and supporting high-impact meetings and launch-related events, with meticulous attention to detail.
      • Maintaining a focus on continuous improvement by juggling multiple tasks, demands, and scenarios, listening carefully, assessing objectively, and evaluating quickly and accurately.
      • Fostering and championing a company culture that encourages a positive work environment and teamwork.
      • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining organized records to support decision-making and compliance.


      Skills and Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma or Associate's degree in any discipline, with demonstrated administrative experience.
      • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
      • 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech roles supporting or leading executive administrative functions, with a proven track record of managing complex schedules and sensitive information.
      • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high work standards.
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SmartSheets).
      • Ability to anticipate challenges and effectively resolve conflict by identifying opportunities, exhibiting a high degree of personal initiative.
      • Exceptional interpersonal skills, exhibiting a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
      • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
      • Ability to travel up to 25%.
