      The EXIM Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all export-import operations, ensuring compliance with Indian and international trade regulations, and facilitating smooth logistics and documentation processes. The role requires strong knowledge of DGFT, Customs, RBI, FEMA guidelines, and various government schemes along with hands-on experience in handling shipping, freight, and trade finance documentation.

      Manage the Transportation & Logistics Operations for Tyco Safety Products (I) Pvt. Ltd. The appointment holder is the key person on developing, implementing and maintaining seamless product movement including Shipping documentations with optimum cost, through end to end supply chain processes.

      Creating, directing and executing Transportation & Logistics strategies that will improve supply chain speed to market, delivery reliability, and support company growth.

      B.PRIMARY DUTIES

      Key Responsibilities

      ? Documentation & Compliance

      • Prepare and manage export-import documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, LC, Shipping Bills, Certificates of Origin, etc.).
      • Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, FEMA, GST, and other statutory requirements.
      • Handle duty drawback, MEIS/RODTEP, advance licenses, MOOWR and other export incentive schemes.

      ? Logistics & Coordination

      • Liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for timely clearance and shipment.
      • Track shipments and resolve logistics issues to ensure on-time delivery.
      • Negotiate freight rates and optimize logistics costs.

      ? Trade Finance

      • Coordinate with banks for LC documentation, remittances, and foreign exchange transactions.
      • Monitor payment terms, credit limits, and ensure timely realization of export proceeds.

      ? Vendor & Client Management

      • Communicate with overseas clients regarding shipment schedules and documentation requirements.
      • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and government authorities.

      ? Reporting & MIS

      • Maintain records of all export-import transactions as per organization and regulatory requirements.
      • Prepare periodic MIS reports on shipments, costs, compliance status.
      • Drive Continues improvement and cost savings initiatives.

      C.EDUCATION

      • Degree in Import-Export, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent, with at least 6-8 years of experience in related roles & job scopes.

      D.Technical Skills, knowledge and experience

      Desired Candidate Profile

      • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, International Business, or related field.
      • Strong knowledge of DGFT, Customs, RBI, FEMA, and GST regulations.
      • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/SAP systems.
      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
