- Assists in developing an internal audit plan for each project and works with management reviewing the objectives, risks/exposures and scope.
- Analyzes procedures and reports to determine potential problems.
- Assesses the effectiveness of internal controls relative to the safeguarding assets and adhering to sound business practices and requirements.
- Analyzes financial data to verify the accuracy and integrity of the information.
- Reviews the audit results with Wolf and client management.
- Prepares clear, concise and objective work papers and reports for management's consideration
- 1+ years of experience with audit planning including audit programs and work papers
- 1+ years of experience with flowcharting, documentation, and testing of internal controls
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Travel, including overnights, required
Wolf is seeking Experienced Internal Audit Staff to join our growing and well-established national firm. Wolf Internal Audit staff help clients improve the quality and effectiveness of their internal control proc esses by identifying control weaknesses and offering practical solutions. This position conducts internal audits of financial institutions and companies in a variety of industries. Accountabilities include evaluating policies and procedures, interviewing business process owners and testing business processes.

The salary range for this position is $ 6 5 ,000 - $ 85 ,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws . In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
